A triskel, or triskellion, is an ancient Celtic symbol containing three spirals that represent the lifecycle: Maiden, Mother and Crone. For me, a Triskel Life is a life lived with intent, awareness and in balance. This is not contained in one spiral or one element of life, but across all planes, from food, to friends, to work. In this blog I explore and share my own triskel life with the hope of providing others with my experience and wisdom (if there is any). Life is good. Welcome!
